These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all coaching services, consulting programs, digital products, and line-of-credit affiliate funnels provided by ChadMurray.biz LLC, operating the brand Stop Working Broke (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling, or using any of our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

2. Coaching & Consulting Services
Our coaching and consulting programs are designed to provide strategic guidance, business coaching, marketing advice, leadership development, and other professional insights.
All coaching programs require active participation from the Client.
Results may vary based on your level of implementation, market conditions, and business effort.
3. Payment Terms
A. Payment Required Up Front or by Contracted Agreement
By enrolling in any coaching or consulting program, you agree to pay the full amount due, whether paid upfront or through a payment plan.
B. Payment Plans
If you enter a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments.
Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access to coaching, materials, or calls until payment is current.
Payment plans are not cancelable once the program has been accessed or started.
4. Refund Policy (Coaching & Consulting)
Our refund policy is designed to protect the integrity of the program and ensure Clients commit to doing the work.
A. General Policy
All coaching, consulting, and digital program sales are final. No refunds will be issued except under the specific conditions stated below.
B. 30-Day Conditional Refund
A refund may be issued within the first 30 days ONLY IF:
You have completed the required work inside the program,
You have shown up to coaching sessions (if applicable),
You have implemented the steps, assignments, or materials as directed, and
I determine, at my sole discretion, that you have fully participated and the program still did not work for you.
If you:
Did not attend calls
Did not complete assignments
Did not submit required work
Did not follow the coaching instructions
Did not utilize the resources given
…then no refund will be granted.
C. Proof of Work Requirement
To request a conditional refund, you must submit all assigned worksheets, proof of implementation, call attendance records, screenshots, or other verification requested by the Company.
D. No Refunds for Non-Participation
Lack of participation, loss of interest, personal schedule changes, or “not having time” does not qualify for a refund.
5. Digital Products and Training
All digital courses, templates, downloads, and paid training programs are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
6. Line-of-Credit & Funding Funnel Terms
A. Affiliate Relationship
ChadMurray.biz LLC operates as an affiliate, not a lender, bank, or financial institution.
By using our funding funnels, you acknowledge:
We do not make credit decisions
We do not guarantee funding
All approvals and terms are set by third-party lenders
We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you
B. No Financial Advice
Nothing in our funnels, videos, or content should be interpreted as legal, financial, or tax advice.
C. No Liability for Funding Decisions
We are not liable for:
Approval or denial of your application
Lender decisions
Rates, terms, or funding amounts
Errors, delays, or issues caused by third-party lenders
7. Client Responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree to:
Participate fully
Complete all assignments
Take responsibility for your results
Be honest in all application and coaching interactions
Follow instructions and business strategies as directed
Your results depend heavily on your effort, implementation, and business environment.
8. Earnings Disclaimer
We make no guarantees of:
Income
Business growth
Results
Revenue
Sales performance
Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Your results depend on your effort, decisions, and market conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChadMurray.biz LLC is not liable for:
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Loss of data
Failure to achieve desired results
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is termination of participation in the program.
10. No Professional Advice
Coaching is not therapy, legal services, accounting, or mental health treatment.
We provide business coaching and guidance only.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to remove any Client from a program for:
Disruptive behavior
Harassment
Dishonesty
Non-payment
Violations of these Terms
No refund will be issued if termination occurs due to Client misconduct.
12. Confidentiality
We agree to keep your personal information confidential.
You agree not to share proprietary program materials, strategies, or templates with others.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ChadMurray.biz LLC is registered.
Any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, enrolling, or using our services or funnels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
