2. Coaching & Consulting Refund Policy

All coaching and consulting programs require active participation and implementation.

A. All Sales Are Final

All coaching and consulting payments are non-refundable, except under the conditional 30-day refund described below.

B. 30-Day Conditional Refund

A refund may be issued within the first 30 days ONLY IF:

You have shown up and participated in required coaching calls (if applicable),

You have completed all assignments, worksheets, or tasks provided,

You have implemented the steps, strategies, and instructions given, and

I determine, at my sole discretion, that you made a full effort and the program still did not work for you.

This is a “must-do-the-work” refund, not a “changed my mind” or “got busy” refund.

C. No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

You did not participate

You did not attend coaching sessions

You did not complete assignments

You did not implement the strategies

You stopped communicating

You “didn’t have time”

Your situation changed personally or financially

D. Proof of Work Requirement

To be considered for a conditional refund, you must provide:

Completed worksheets

Implementation screenshots

Notes from calls

Task completion evidence

Any documentation requested by ChadMurray.biz LLC

Failure to submit proof voids eligibility for a refund.


3. Digital Products, Templates & Online Courses

All digital products—including downloads, templates, online trainings, and recorded programs—are 100% non-refundable, regardless of usage or access.

Once delivered or accessed, no refunds will be granted.


4. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

You are responsible for all payments

Payment plans cannot be canceled or refunded once you access the program

Missed payments may result in suspension of services

Completed payments are non-refundable under all circumstances


5. Line-of-Credit & Funding Funnel Refund Policy

A. No Refunds

All funding or line-of-credit funnels and applications are non-refundable.
You are paying for submission, processing, and access, not for approval or funding.

B. No Liability for Lender Decisions

Does not guarantee funding

Does not control interest rates or decisions

Does not participate in underwriting

Cannot reverse or change funding decisions

C. No Refunds for Denied Applications

If a lender declines your application, reduces your amount, or changes terms, no refund will be issued for any services purchased through our funnels.


6. Cancellation Policy

Once a program has been accessed or a call has been scheduled, no cancellations are permitted.

B. Digital Products

Digital products cannot be canceled after purchase.

C. Funding Funnels

Once a funding funnel form is submitted, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed.

Coaching and consulting services are delivered through phone, Zoom, or other communication methods.

Digital products are delivered electronically via email or online portals.

Funding funnel submissions may be delivered to third-party providers.

Failure to access or download materials does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the latest version.
